With the rapid development of China's social economy,the growth of regional economy and the pace of urban integration construction,high-speed railway is playing a more and more important role in the production and life of the people.The demand and pressure of railway transportation is increasing constantly.It is urgent to develop a railway signal system to meet the operational requirements of "high speed,high density,cross-line transit operation".Based on the existing CTCS-2/CTCS-3 train control system,the ATO system of high-speed railway is to modify or add the on-board and ground equipment to realize the automatic operation of high-speed railway train,turn-back operation,fixed-point parking,door / platform door linkage control and other intelligent functions.On the basis of analyzing the research situation of ATO system of high-speed railway in China,this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of transportation of CTCS2+ATO system of intercity railway in Pearl River Delta,and puts forward a scheme of integrating ATO technology on the CTCS-2 level train control system of existing inter-city railway lines.Finally,this paper gives analysis of projects and difficulties in transformation,and then put forward the construction organization and construction acceptance organization integrating ATO technology on its train control system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research and development of ATO system of high-speed railway in China,and introduces the structure and principle of CTCS2+ATO system of intercity railway and CTCS3+ATO system of high-speed railway,and introduces the new equipment and new functions of each system.The main differences between the CTCS2+ATO system and the CTCS3+ATO system are analyzed,which provides a reference for the integration of the ATO scheme in the CTCS-2 train control system on the existing inter-city railway lines.Then,the application of CTCS2+ATO system of Pearl River Delta inter-city railway line is analyzed,and the typical faults,such as door linkage problem,vehicle-to-ground communication problem,and automatic door opening problem,are analyzed and explained.It provides a reference for the combination of ATO scheme and the existing inter-city railway lines.In combination with the development and basic conditions of the existing inter-city railway,the advanced mode of CTCS3+ATO system and the experience of the application of CTCS2+ATO system in the Pearl River Delta intercity railway,two technical schemes are put forward,one is based on GSM-R communication,the other is the technical scheme based on GSM-R communication.It is suitable for inter-city lines satisfied by G-net condition railway;One is a technical scheme based on driver valuation,which is suitable for the immature inter-city railway lines with G-net conditions.Finally,put forward opinions on the construction organization of integrating ATO technology in its CTCS-2 train control system,analyzed the construction organization,technical difficulties and the safety risks.This paper puts forward the scheme of integrating ATO project acceptance organization on the CTCS-2 system of the existing inter-city railway,including the static and dynamic acceptance items which should be focused on.
