Research On Transportation Organization Optimization Of Zhumadian Station

The railway station is a grass-roots production unit of railway. As an emerging railway developing industry, high-speed rail passenger intermediate station gradually become a representative service window of a city. As a window unit of a city, optimizing passenger transportation and improving passenger service quality are the primary concerns of high-speed rail passenger intermediate station. Therefore, to increase the competitiveness of railway passenger transportation and realize the rapidness of passenger transportation, we should not only put efforts on improving the quality of passenger services, the efficiency of transport organization and economic benefits, but also on improving the ability of adapt to passenger transport market.On the basis of summarizing the general situation of high-speed railway station both home and abroad, the paper points out the shortage of China’s high-speed rail passenger transportation, for example, station design, sales organization, waiting organization, the equipment for customer service, passenger flow organization, and traffic organization on the station square, etc. The author analyzes the outstanding problems of high-speed rail passenger intermediate stations, especially on the peak passenger flow organization during the peak or small long vacation, and elaborates the present situation and the insufficiency of the high-speed rail passenger intermediate transportation.Through the analysis of the high-speed rail passenger intermediate transport organization, the author describe the existing problems of Zhumadian west station, such as ticketing, waiting, peak organization, signage etc, and put forward some optimization methods and thoughts for vending machine, gates and passenger flow prediction.And then, the author does a brief narrative on the traffic harmonization of Zhumadian west station, puts forward personal views and opinions on the management of Station Square, buses, taxis and private cars, which has a great significance to the development of the station.
