Gas engineering is an important infrastructure of urban development and an important symbol of urban modernization.In order to meet the needs of national economy and social development,urban gas has been greatly developed at present.During the twelfth five-year plan period,BIM technology has played an important role in the development of information technology in construction industry.With the development of information technology and sustainable development of buildings and public facilities,it is imperative to strengthen the application of BIM technology in the construction of municipal public facilities and to construct the concept of information management of public facilities.There are many kinds of gas engineering projects and a wide range.Because the gas station project is relatively comprehensive and involves a wide range of specialties,the whole process cost of the gas station project is not well controlled,and there arecommon problemsin the construction industry cost control.Through summing up the shortage of cost control of gas station project in the past,based on BIM technology and bill of quantities valuation specification,this paper studies the pricing data and pricing model of field station project.The purpose of this paper is to solve the main problems and defects in the field of gas station engineering pricing in China,to realize the cost control work of the whole process of the gas station project,and to improve the working efficiency in the field of gas engineering construction in China.The main contents and results of the study are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the cost management of the whole process of the field station engineering at present,and finds out the problems and reasons in each stage of the whole process cost management.This paper analyzes and summarizes the BIM technology,the implementation model and its development and application in the gas station construction project,and finds the significance of applying the BIM technology to the dynamic cost control of the whole process of the gas station construction project.(2)The cost theory and technical support based on BIM technology are studied.By studying the relevant principles of BIM technology and the standard of IFC and the specification of bill of quantities valuation in China,the theoretical basis of establishing BIM pricing model is grasped.(3)Cost data analysis based on BIM technology.Through the analysis and study of the engineering valuation software in our country at present,combined with the list valuation standard of our country,we can understand the current situation of the application of BIM technology in the cost management at the present stage.This paper analyzes the data structure of BIM model,puts forward the data requirement of pricing model based on BIM technology,finds out the problem of incomplete data representation of establishing BIM pricing model,and analyzes the problem accordingly.(4)This paper studies the data extension and description mechanism of BIM information model based on IFC standard,analyzes the definition,description and association mechanism of attribute set in BIM model,and combines with the data requirement of establishing BIM pricing model.The data in BIM model is extended and associated with related objects to solve the problem of data completeness in BIM model.(5)Through the previous research,the pricing model based on BIM technology is established,and the corresponding bill of quantities file is generated.Based on the gas station project,the whole process cost dynamic analysis is carried out.
