Research On Construction Project Cost Control Based On BIM Technology

Under the background of gradual urbanization in China,the construction industry is developing rapidly and has a good development space.At the same time,the competition in the construction market is fierce.All construction enterprises take the cost control of qualified construction projects as the main competition point.However,in the construction activities of related projects,there are some problems such as gaps between budget and final accounts,difficult cost control,and investment out of control.Therefore,the work of integrating and managing comprehensive information for construction projects has become an important task in cost control of construction projects.BIM technology can integrate a variety of resource information,equip with a classification database and build three-dimensional model.BIM technology is good to achieve construction project cost control through the project model,process technology,operating procedures,cost estimates and safety construction process.However,there are few studies on the application of BIM technology in cost control at home and abroad.Therefore,the dissertation focuses on the cost control of construction projects based on BIM technology,and focuses on the influencing factors and operating mechanism of BIM technology in construction project costs.In this context,the paper points out the relevant factors that influence the cost control of construction project based on BIM technology under the guidance of the basic theory of cost management of construction projects at home and abroad and the application process of BIM technology,and builds a database,Management,risk control and data accounting are external variables,the cost control of construction project based on BIM technology is the hypothesis model of internal variable variables,and the data are collected by questionnaire.The factor analysis and structural equation model are used to demonstrate the BIM Key Factors Affecting Project Cost Control.The results show that the cost control of construction project based on BIM technology is based on the influence degree of the project,such as database loading,data accounting,simulation,platform management and risk control,which is great for the actual BIM construction project cost control This paper takes the Qingdao public fitness center project as an example,and takes the corresponding measures to carry out effective cost control from the database carrying,data accounting,simulation and platform management respectively,and the overall cost of the project is reduced,which shows that the BIM technology Of the construction project cost control influencing factors have a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
