Research On Construction Cost Control Of Engineering Project Based On BIM Technology

Our country’s economic growth is inseparable from technological development and innovation.How to using modern methods to solve the difficulty in engineering item.How to integrate different types of data and methods to reduce the obstacles of information communication has become the focus of researchers.BIM(building information modeling)is a typical example of the successful application of modern methods.As the latest technical tool and manufacturing method in the modern age,the peculiarity of BIM make it possible to visualize and simulate the whole construction life cycle.This technology provides a platform for cooperation and information sharing for participants in all stages of the project.Facing the most resource consuming construction process,BIM can save costs,increase profits and optimize the management of construction enterprises.Therefore,researchers combine the existing project cost management theories and technical methods,and combine BIM Technology with cost control in the construction process through detailed research and development.Using BIM Technology to create an information platform for the modeling of construction process cost management system is also the future of construction process cost management.Therefore,starting from the relevant background,study the paper from all over the world,elaborate the development of BIM Technology and its significance to engineering project management.Then carries out the case analysis with BIM Technology.For the research,this paper took the BL complex building project,integrates the item cost management with BIM Technology.This study delves the influence of BIM on cost control in the procedure of construction,and shares effective experience.Based on the analysis and comparison of international and domestic research contents on construction project cost management,this article mainly focus on the following contents:Firstly,the theory of BIM building cost regulation is summarized.This paper expounds the advantages of BIM,which is uesd in building cost regulation.The cost regulation methods of BIM technique in each stage of construction is discussed.The study pointed out the essentiality of BIM for modern construction item cost regulationl.Secondly,it studies the current situation analysis and existing problems of construction cost control of BL complex building project.By learning the information of BL complex building project,this paper analyzes the current situation of using conventional cost control methods in BL complex building project,and finds out the management vulnerability.Explicitly,it includes serious waste and high error rate in the bidding stage;Unscientific objectives and processes in the construction stage;No standard system has been formed at the completion stage.Finally,the specific strategy of cost regulation in the use of BIM Technique is put forward.For the fourth part,in order to accurately calculating the quantity of the item,take the help of BIM model.In the project preparation procedure,the information model is used for schedule and cost analysis;Carry out scientific engineering change management and comparative analysis in the construction stage;Establish a standardized control process at the completion stage.This paper also puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,including: BIM application policy;Define the database;Pay attention to personnel training and team building;Create BIM cost management system implementation process.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference experience for the application of BIM in the construction process of complex construction projects in China.
