Under the background of economic globalization,the pace of Reform and Opening in China has been further advanced,and the market economic system has been continuously improved.The automobile manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development with the support of governments at all levels.The brain drain is becoming a major dilemma in the development of the automobile manufacturing industry,and has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad.How to solve the contradiction between the brain drain of the automobile manufacturing industry and the development of the enterprise itself is the key and difficult point of the current human resource management in China.This article takes J company as the research object.Based on two-factor theory.The research on the brain drain problem and the motivation theory by domestic and foreign scholars has been sorted out,researched and summarized.Using the questionnaire analysis method,from the perspective of incentives and health factors,the reasons for the loss of employees of company j are analyzed.The main factors of health care are the uncertain future of the industry,the imperfect management system,the inflexible salary system,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism,the unsatisfactory working environment and the low occupational stability.The incentive factors are mainly low leadership recognition,small work challenges,poor promotion channels,unequal power responsibilities,lack of personal interest,and inadequate training system.This paper analyzes the brain drain problem of J company from the aspects of incentive factors and health care factors.It aims to provide basis and countermeasure for J company leadership to solve the problem of employee turnover,and provide some reference and reference for talent management in China's automobile manufacturing industry.
