Study On Cost Control In Construction Stage Of Engineering Project

The construction stage of a project is the main stage in which the cost forms the building entity,and the cost expenditure is also the largest stage.Therefore,how to effectively control the cost expenditure at this stage,reduce the construction cost and obtain the greatest economic benefits for construction enterprises is of vital importance,which is also the main content of this paper.Firstly,this paper describes the composition and influencing factors of project cost,explains the basis,principle and object of cost control in construction stage,and introduces the application scope and method of earned value method and BIM technology in cost control process.Secondly,this paper expounds the current situation of cost control of construction enterprises in the construction stage,and finds out the problems of cost control through analysis.These problems include inadequate understanding of cost control,imperfect management system,inadequate management of manpower,materials and machinery,neglect of contract management and single cost control method.After that,this paper considers that to do a good job of cost control,we should strengthen the construction of cost control system,establish the consciousness of full participation,optimize the construction organization design,formulate reasonable construction plan,allocate resources effectively,and strengthen contract management to manage and control in order to achieve the goal of cost reduction.Finally,the paper takes the aseismic reinforcement and reconstruction project of catering building as an example to analyze and illustrate,because the project has adopted various cost management measures in the construction stage,so that the cost control work of the project has achieved good results.
