With the gradual deepening of China's social population aging and the increasing number of car ownership,the number of elderly drivers and their dependence on driving cars are also increasing,considering that elderly drivers continue to grow with their bodies.Based on the fact that the driving simulation platform is used to carry out the research on the driving behavior of the elderly driver,this paper quantitatively analyzes the driving behavior characteristics of the elderly driver in the urban road,and perfects the road traffic safety policies and regulations in the context of the aging society.The development of the future provides support for the development of intelligent driving systems.The research aimed at the elderly driver,and designed a set of virtual urban road traffic scenes through the survey results of the road traffic scenes that the elderly drivers were more interested in driving.The driving maneuverability index,visual characteristics index and physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly driver when encountering different road traffic scenes are collected and analyzed,and the different driving behavior characteristics of the elderly driver are obtained.Based on this,A personalized manipulation model based on perception and decision-making for the right turn of the elderly driver intersection is established.Firstly,based on UC-win/road software,a virtual scene of road traffic for elderly drivers,including emergency situations such as intersection turn,follow-up,lane change,pedestrian(electric vehicle,etc.)suddenly emerged,For the platform,22 elderly drivers and 22 young drivers were recruited.Driving manipulation behavior data,visual characteristics data and physiological and psychological data were collected.The differences in driving behavior indicators between elderly drivers and young drivers were compared and analyzed.The difference between the two is mainly reflected in the visual characteristics of the urban road signalized intersection and some statistically significant differences in some aspects of the driving maneuvering behavior during the vehicle following.Secondly,it analyzes the difference of driving behavior characteristics among the elderly driver groups,and introduces two kinds of autocorrelation and cross-correlation methods to collect the driving behaviors of the elderly drivers in the multiple repetitions of the right turn at the urban road signal intersection.The indicators were analyzed for differences in individual behavioral characteristics,and there were individual behavioral differences in the duration of gaze,saccade amplitude,brainwave,acceleration,and pedal pedal depression when the elderly driver turned right at the signalized intersection.Finally,the Petri net model is introduced as the theoretical basis.The model of the right-turning individualized manipulation mode based on the perception and decision-making of the elderly driver is constructed.The driving behavior of the elderly driver when turning right at the signalized intersection is regarded as information processing.A series of action logics,through the identification matrix,the correlation matrix,the calculation of the triggermatrix,verify the validity of the model,and provide support for the development and design of the car safety assisted driving system to ensure the safety of the elderly driver.At the same time,combined with the aging society background of China,from the perspective of the elderly driver,the road traffic management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
