As the subject of driving behavior,human behavior affects the overall vehicle operation,while driver emotion is the feedback of driver’s perception of the environment,which affects the driver’s cognition,judgment and behavior.A correct understanding of the interaction between driving emotion and driving behavior is an important prerequisite for the realization of humancomputer interaction systems,and is also an important research content to improve the in-vehicle intelligent systems and automotive safety.In order to explore the mutual influence mechanism between driving behavior and driving emotion and reveal the transfer law of driving behavior under the evolution of emotion,this paper takes the vehicle following driving state as the research background,through designing simulated driving experiment,emotion induced experiment,combining human factor experimental equipment and video acquisition equipment,obtaining vehicle driving data,physiological index data and simulated driving behavior based on emotion state under different emotions of drivers.The data set of emotion-behavior correspondence is constructed by using principal component analysis to extract the characteristic parameters affecting driving behavior from vehicle driving data and to classify the driving behavior.The probability of driving behavior in different emotional states was obtained by using statistical data methods,and the algorithm of driving behavior emergence law was constructed based on Bayesian network,and the influence of different emotional states on driving behavior and the emergence probability of driving behavior in different emotional states were analyzed in depth by using Bayesian network inference,The average relative errors were 6.9%,12.7%,4.8%,8.7%,and 14.6%,which showed that the errors were within the allowable range;the hidden Markov model was used to explore the dual state transfer chain of driving emotion and behavior,and the probability of driver behavior transfer under the emotion evolution state was explored in depth;the BP neural network was used to construct the recognition model of driving behavior under different emotion states to realize the effective recognition of driving behavior.In addition,the identification of driving behaviors in the process of exploring the transfer law of driving behaviors under emotional states is very crucial,and it is only when the driving behaviors can be correctly identified that the transfer law of driving behaviors under emotional evolution can be explored more deeply.Based on the preliminary research on the mechanism of driver emotion-behavior dual state transfer chain,this study reveals to a certain extent the law of driver emotion and driver behavior decision transfer in vehicle following driving,and theoretically discusses the law of driving behavior transfer under the evolution of emotion,which provides new ideas for driver behavior transfer in human-computer interaction system,in-vehicle intelligent system and automotive active safety,and provides a certain theoretical basis for personalized automotive driving assistance system.
