Research On Reliability Of The Driving Behaviors Based On The Driver’s Individual Characteristics

The high rate of traffic accidents has been troubled by the community for a long time. As an important participant in the transportation system, drivers’ factors are important causes of traffic accidents. The survey showed that the driving behavior errors can account for more than 70% of traffic accidents. Therefore, the study of road traffic safety issues from the error on the driver’s behavior is an important research topic.For mistakes and errors on the driver’s driving behavior, many scholars have done important research on driving behavior from reliability. Most of them incorporated all the factors involved in road traffic system of human, vehicle, road and environment, and then they analyzed the interference of all factors on driver behavior. This approach can be able to estimate the probability of error driver to some extent. However, it ignored the driver’s individual characteristics key role in the process of driving behavior. The driver is the main part in driving behavior. The interference on the driving made by the various factors can be account for driver’s reaction for them. Established behavioral characteristics from the driver’s own reliability evaluation mechanism in order to better reflect the behavior of the model form for the assessment of the safety of the driver has a more significant meaning. Therefore, this paper the existing S-O-R series man-machine reliability model based on the establishment of a driver’s individual characteristics reflect the reliability of the assessment model, the specific contents are as follows:(1) reviewed the research status driving behavior and driving characteristics, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing tandem pilot reliability model, and put forward ideas to reflect the individual characteristics of the driver’s driving behavior reliabilit y of the model, which to a certain extent to provide a reference for assessing the safety of the driver.(2) Analysis of driving behavior S-O-R mode formation mechanism, and the effect of driving behavior characteristics of reliability index, extract the dynamic vision, dark adaptation, estimated speed, depth perception, reaction, attention level, stable operation and other reliable indicators, taking into account these indicators SOR system hierarchy, based on the structure of this complex relationship, the establishment of a model based on the driver’s driving behavior reliability features.(3) For the differences on certain driving characteristics between the college student drivers and the general drivers, this article is corrected by the model established reliabilit y model suitable for students driving characteristics. The use of psychological experime nts acquisition system collects and analyzes a number of student pilot characteristic index reliability, but also verify the applicability of the model.
