Drivers are the information handlers and decision-makers in the road transport system, drivers' driving behavior plays a very important role in the road traffic safety. Road traffic accident statistics show that80%to90%of traffic accidents were related with drivers directly or indirectly. Therefore, it has very important practical significance to study driving behavior to improve drivers' awareness of traffic safety and reduce traffic accidents. On the basis of reading mass references about driving behavior research both home and abroad, the factors affecting driving behavior differences were analyzed and summarized. Designed experiment plan and established five straight-line sections of the test lane scene, at the same time, the traffic of free flow, steady flow, unstable flow, forced flow state was loaded on the five test sections, therefore established the experiment scenes with different traffic flow.21random sample of driver subjects were selected to participate in the driving simulator experiment, the SPSS18.0software was used to analyze the correlation, differences, mean and variance of the experimental data. The study shows that the driving behavior difference degree was vary because of the drivers' gender, ability to respond, driving experience and personality difference. Compared with the long driving age drivers, the short driving age drivers were prone to drive in the inside lane and drive at high speed; Compared with other kind of personality drivers, the dissociable driver were prone to change lanes and drive at high speed; When the driving task was executed, at the same time, in the second task of the participation, when the kind of women, the ability to respondslow and dissociable driver drove vehicle, the intensity of their operations may be prone to stronger; Also found that the driver's demand for attention with the relevant to environmental factors of road traffic and the drivers' driving behavior, and the drivers' attention demand vary because of the personality, driving age, gender and ability to respond.
