Study On The Horizon Effect Of Plant Landscape On The Main Garden Space Of Private Gardens In Suzhou

Garden plants are one of the important elements of garden design,that is,with the visual aesthetic,rich cultural connotation,at the same time with the building,landscape and other elements to form a changeful landscape form,create a virtual and real visual experience.Suzhou garden is a classic work integrating the aesthetic appreciation of Chinese garden art and the connotation of traditional culture.Its compact structure,dexterous landscape and lush plants are the source of guiding the construction of modem gardens.In this paper,the four classical gardens of liuyuan,yiyuan,netmaster garden and yipu are taken as the research scope,and the relationship between the plant landscape in the central garden and the surrounding space 1s taken as the research object for research and analysis.By consulting relevant literature,atlas and visual theory related materials,the visual relationship of various landscape elements including plants in gardens is sorted out and data model is constructed.With the help of Depthmap software and the use of visibility graphic method,this paper makes a blank comparison analysis of the view space of the central garden,and judges the influence of plant elements on the view space creation and visual experience from the whole to the part,from the static view to the dynamic view.Combined with the statistical correlation method to process and analyze the relevant field of view parameters,the paper introduces the analysis of the forces exerted by plants in the spatial opening and closing and infiltration of classical gardens,and interprets the reasons from the aspects of plants’ visual characteristics,planting mode and growth changes.In terms of the overall horizon space,the visibility and depth of field are related to the internal space separation elements,such as the number and arrangement of plants,rockery,building walls and columns.Plants have the function of limiting line of sight boundary,increasing visual hierarchy and depth of field,and generating line-of-sight orientation.At the same time plants can enrich the line of sight opening and closing changes,produce a clear sense of spatial contrast.The effect of plants on the farthest stadia and the degree of stadia variation is an important but not the only factor to create the effect of sight penetration.By studying the data information of classic cases,this paper describes the role and status of plants in the space construction of classical gardens,and summarizes the techniques of plant space construction.At the same time,it supplements the limitations of perceptual knowledge and empirical judgment methods,and provides scientific guidance for landscape architecture design.
