Research On The Protection And Regeneration Ofhuizhou's Folk Houses From The Perspective Of Diversified Formats

With the development of urbanization and cultural tourism,the protection and utilization of Huizhou traditional houses and their spatial environment has become a hot spot in the industry.The rapid process of modernization has resulted in a large number of abandoned residential buildings in Huizhou,and damaged the traditional style and space environment.Now the background of Rural Revitalization has brought Huizhou traditional residential buildings a chance to flourish again.How to realize the protection and regeneration of Huizhou traditional dwellings,radiate new vitality,and synchronize with the current social development is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper explores the strategies of protection and regeneration of Huizhou residential buildings from the perspective of multi-format development.Firstly,starting with the background of the times and related concepts,the article summarizes and analyses the preconditions for the protection and regeneration of Huizhou's residential buildings,and classifies and interprets these conditions,including: the interpretation of the background of the times,the interpretation of the policy of rural revitalization,the interpretation of Huizhou's traditional humanistic background,the current situation and existing problems of the residential buildings;secondly,it makes a thorough study of Huizhou's residential buildings.Building plane form,space composition,decoration construction and even surrounding environment are thoroughly understood,and the existing problems and regeneration conditions faced by residential buildings are summarized and analyzed.Finally,taking Hongcun and Pingshan in Huizhou as examples,this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of format on the spatial interface between Hongcun and Pingshan villages,the impact on residential buildings and the impact on the existing environment,and studies and explores the existing format.How to activate the vitality of residential buildings and endow them with new functions in the process of placement and development? On the basis of these results,the paper puts forward the basic principles of the protection and regeneration of Huizhou's residential buildings from the perspective of multiple forms of business,and puts forward specific strategies for the protection and regeneration of Huizhou's residential buildings from four aspects: cultural inheritance,value regeneration,business management,innovation regeneration,environmental optimization,space regeneration,residential reconstruction and ontological regeneration.On the basis of long-term practice,research and accumulation of related topics,combined with the actual needs of society,supported by the theory of regeneration,this study interprets the necessity,significance and effective ways of regeneration of Huizhou residential buildings and their spatial environment from the perspective of multiple formats.I hope this can provide some reference for the protection and recycling of Huizhou residential buildings.
