With the acceleration of the pace of life,coupled with the increasing enrichment of material and cultural life,people pay more and more attention to health,and the quality sleep is particularly important.In order to accurately detect the user sleep quality and provide user with suggestions for improving sleep quality,a wearable intelligent detection system of sleep quality is designed in this thesis.The system consists of two parts: wearable part and indoor placement part.The data transmission is completed by Bluetooth wireless communication between the two parts.The sleep quality detection method based on roll-over is selected in the thesis.Perform attitude algorithm on acceleration and angular velocity data,and the sleep posture determination algorithm,roll-over determination algorithm,deep sleep determination algorithm and sleep efficiency evaluation algorithm are designed to determine the user sleep posture and sleep quality.The wearable part is designed for DA14580 core control module,roll-over detection module,clock module and FLASH storage module on hardware.The software is completed to collect data,attitude algorithm and storage data of the user during the sleep.Indoor placement part is designed for STM32 core processing module,wireless communication module,human-computer interaction module,storage module and environment detection module on hardware.The software has completed uses algorithms to analyze the data which are collected by the wearable part to obtain a sleep posture and sleep quality,and combines the real-time detection of environmental data to provide user with environmental suggestions for improving sleep quality.The system test results show that the system can evaluate the user sleep condition effectively,the sleep posture detection accuracy rate reaches 98%,and the accuracy of the roll-over detection reaches 94%.Compared with the polysomnography,the average error of sleep efficiency is small,which proves that the system is feasible.The system's unique sleep environment detection and sleep posture detection will make relevant recommendations according to the user sleep quality.The system has the advantages of convenient operation,easy carrying,simultaneous detection by multiple people,low cost and high accuracy,and it is suitable for detecting the sleep condition of the user for a long time.
