The helium-driven motor is the active device for the primary circuit of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor in nuclear power plant.Its safe and stable operation capability is directly related to the stable and efficient operation of the nuclear power plant.Because the motor works in high temperature and high pressure environment,and with large capacity,many operating conditions,complicated working conditions,it is the premise of the temperature field analysis of the motor to define the design criteria of the drive motor and accurately calculate the loss of the motor.Both of them are of great significance for the stable operation of the motor.Taking a helium driving motor as the research object,based on the analysis of the operating conditions and conditions of the motor,based on the finite element analysis theory of the motor and the basic parameters of the motor structure,physical model of the two-dimensional electromagnetic field of the drive motor is established.The correctness of the model is verified by analyzing the main electromagnetic properties of the rated operating state of the drive motor and comparing it with the design data.In order to accurately analyze the mechanism of the core loss generation of the helium-driven motor under various operating conditions,it is necessary to systematically analyze the core loss of the driving motor under the ideal sinusoidal power supply.Based on the basic theoretical system description of the core loss generation,the electromagnetic fields of the motor under no-load,rated load,and other load states are calculated.Through the analysis of the magnetic density of the key area of the motor,the distribution law of core loss in different structural regions of the driving motor under multiple operating conditions is revealed,and thecalculation results of the core loss density of each structural region under the rated operating state of the driving motor are given.The basic principle of the harmonic generation of the drive motor using the inverter power supply mode is analyzed,and the coupling simulation model of the inverter circuit and the motor is established,and the harmonic characteristics of the output voltage of the inverter circuit are analyzed.Furthermore,the harmonic distribution law of the drive motor when it is powered by the inverter is revealed,and magnetic distortion characteristics of the stator tip of the drive motor are analyzed.On these basis,the core loss under various operating conditions of the drive motor is calculated.The core loss under different power supply modes is compared and analyzed,and the influence of inverter parameters on the core loss of the drive motor is revealed.Finally,the action law of motor core loss and inverter modulation ratio and carrier ratio is analyzed.
