Primary helium circulator drive motor is a keyequipmentfor the high temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power station nuclear island,is also the only commonly used active devices,which need excellentproperties and high reliability.This article design a Primary helium circulator drive motor,including program design,electromagnetic design,structural design,test program design etc.,use different software to do simulated calculation for different properties,so that the motor's theoretical properties can be get.In this article,the magnetic circuit analytical method is used to calculate the mechanical and electromagnetic propertiesof the motor under different conditions,according to the results to produce equivalent circuit.And calculate stator resistance,rotor resistance,reactance,loss,power factor,efficiency,torqueand other main parameters of the motor under different conditions.The stator and rotor structure is designed according to the calculation results of the mechanical and electromagnetic properties of the motor.As the rated speed is high,in the high-speed rotation,the stress to the various parts of the rotor is high,the requirement to the material performance,especially mechanical properties is very high,the key material selection must be verified by strength calculation.Use finite element method to calculate the stress value of different parts of the rotor,to select performance of material which meet the requirements of the material rotor is the main helium fan drag motor design difficulties.Stator fixtures include stator,motor mount,upper tank,lower tank,upper case.The finite element method is used to calculate the natural frequency and motor stiffness of the motor in various states.The finite element method is used to simulate the temperature rise of the motor cooling structure under different working conditions.The final structure of the motor is determined.According to the results,adjust the motor structure,choose the right material,and finally construct the motor design,and test the production of prototype.According to the test results to calculate the actual motor properties,analysis and compare the motor's actual properties with the theoretical properties.
