| The rapid growth of the domestic economy has led to the rapid development of the automobile industry,but the growth of urban parking spaces is relatively slow compared to that.The emergence of three-dimensional parking equipment has proposed a new approach to solve the problem of parking difficulties.In order to meet different parking needs and implement the concept of smart parking,more and more designers are focusing on the development of new stereo garages.As an important execution unit of the parking process,how to improve the efficiency and smooth operation of the lifting mechanism has become a new focus of the designers’ work.In this paper,we start from solving the problem of parking difficulty which has become more and more serious in recent years,and start with the lifting mechanism of the non-avoidance three-dimensional parking equipment,and design the lifting mechanism of the non-avoidance three-dimensional parking equipment based on the existing theory and the existing products on the market,and analyze its performance,and optimize the design of the lifting mechanism through the finite element analysis software on the basis of ensuring the structural integrity and functional integrity.1)Propose the design plan according to the working requirements of the unavoidable three-dimensional parking equipment,and design the vertical lifting mechanism of the unavoidable three-dimensional parking equipment based on the digital twin technology.And design each part of the mechanism,determine the parameters of the lifting mechanism,and complete the modeling of the lifting mechanism of the stereo parking equipment.2)Establish the mathematical model of the speed of the lifting mechanism of the parking equipment,analyze the relationship between the speed curve and the stability of the mechanism under different parameters,and obtain the best speed curve of the lifting mechanism.Simplify the model of the lifting mechanism of the stereo parking equipment,use ADAMS to simulate its kinematics,and analyze the motion and smoothness of the car carrier of the lifting mechanism of the stereo parking equipment at each time point after adjusting the parameters.3)Finite element analysis of the lifting mechanism of the three-dimensional parking equipment was carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS to obtain the maximum deformation and maximum stress point location of the lifting mechanism of the three-dimensional parking equipment.Since the lifting mechanism is driven by the motor and there are lifting and braking stages in the lifting process,modal analysis and transient dynamics analysis are needed to avoid the damage of the structure by resonance.Through dynamic and static analysis results from multiple angles,the performance of the lifting mechanism of the stereo garage is studied.4)According to the analysis of the performance of the lifting mechanism of the three-dimensional parking equipment,based on the normal working requirements,based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS to optimize the design of key components of the lifting mechanism.The optimization module in the software is used to optimize the parameters and topology of the brackets and plates,to explore the best design dimensions and the best location for material removal,and to reorganize the model after optimization and compare the performance of the mechanism before and after optimization.5)Fatigue life analysis of the important parts of the lifting mechanism of the three-dimensional parking equipment,by fitting the S-N curve of the material to get the minimum number of cycles of each part under the action of cyclic load,and compared with the allowable minimum number of cycles of the mechanism to determine whether fatigue failure fracture will occur,and get the safe service life of the mechanism under normal working conditions. |
