| As a source of social development and the global economy,energy is not as “beautiful” as we feel.The worsening environmental pollution is largely due to the dramatic increase in the use of fossil energy.The large-scale and large-scale use of energy not only reduces the existing stock of traditional fossil energy at a large level,but also has unimaginable emissions of carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,NOx and soot,which destroys the ecological environment.Unrecognizable,including the occurrence of natural disasters and global warming,has largely restricted the development of the global economy.Today,China is still in the stage of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization.The development of the national economy is still based on the rapid promotion mode of high-energy-consuming industries.Therefore,the consumption pattern and energy production are improved,the use efficiency is increased,the use volume is reduced,and the ecology is improved.The environmental goals and tasks will be a global priority for a long time to come.However,at the same time,compared with the traditional model,the centralized energy supply mode of smart energy may have uncertainties in the growth of the number of enterprises in the park and the energy consumption capacity,and the idleness risk of equipment capacity;the price sensitivity of enterprise users to energy products,and the value-added services to energy products.The value brought by the understanding is insufficient,and the willingness to pay is low;the coordination of stakeholders in the intermediate transportation links such as the heat network,gas network and distribution network in the park is difficult;there are few successful cases that can be borrowed,and developers lack practical experience and other related issues.presence.Therefore,the post-evaluation of investment efficiency of the district’s smart energy centralized energy supply project can effectively reduce the randomness of project decision-making,increase the benefits brought by investment,and provide perfect suggestions for the future management of smart energy centralized energy supply projects in the park.Provide reasonable and effective conditions for improving the supervision,operation,construction and positioning of the same-form projects in the future.This article starts from the domestic and international research status of post-evaluation,the content of post-evaluation of investment benefits of smart energy centralized energy supply projects,and the advantages of the park’s smart energy centralized energy supply project for traditional projects,and the reality of the district’s smart energy centralized energy supply project.In the situation,the application system,evaluation model and theoretical basis of the post-evaluation of investment efficiency of smart energy centralized energy supply projects are studied comprehensively and comprehensively,and the analysis and explanation of the projects studied by the article are carried out.The paper is based on the relationship between project analysis and theoretical research,qualitative and quantitative,and through specific cases.Based on the investigation and comprehensive analysis,this paper combines the past and the current two levels to objectively study and discuss,give opinions,and construct a post-evaluation index system of investment benefits that matches the contents of the park’s smart energy centralized energy supply project.The thesis combines the analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the grey system theory to carry out post-evaluation of investment benefits for the district’s smart energy centralized energy supply project,excluding the ambiguity,multi-faceted,multi-level and different factors at the same level.The issue of importance,so compared to the traditional method,the evaluation results are more objective and accurate,more in line with the real situation.Through the case study of this paper,it can provide some reference for the construction and operation of similar smart energy centralized energy supply projects in the future,which proves to some extent that the smart energy centralized energy supply project can replace the investment feasibility of traditional energy supply projects. |
