Research On Development Strategy Of QL New Energy Company's Photovoltaic Power Generation

With the rapid growth of China's economy for many years,the demand for energy is increasing day by day.Environmental pollution,climate change and resource bottlenecks caused by traditional energy consumption,such as coal and electricity,are becoming more and more obvious.In this situation,promoting the energy production and consumption revolution and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system have become the consensus of the whole society,and have a profound impact on the development direction of energy enterprises.QL New Energy Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qilu Transportation Development Group,which relies on Expressway infrastructure to expand the new energy power generation market.It is still in its infancy.In terms of photovoltaic power generation business,a small number of photovoltaic power generation projects in parking lot of expressway service area and a pilot demonstration project on Expressway photovoltaic pavement have been implemented.How to make full use of the resource advantages of parent company to enter the field of photovoltaic power generation,choose the appropriate development mode,and realize the healthy,fast and sustainable development of the company is an urgent problem.Based on the theoretical research of enterprise strategic management,combined with the characteristics and operation status of QL New Energy Company,the external environment and internal conditions of its photovoltaic power generation business are analyzed in depth by using PEST and SWOT analysis tools.The development strategy of photovoltaic power generation business is formulated,and the implementation of strategic planning,human resources guarantee,capital operation guarantee,innovation system health and so on are discussed.Five aspects,such as industrial development,have put forward safeguard measures to ensure the smooth progress of the development strategy.
