Along with the development of China's economy,the rapid growth of population and the rapid development of the construction industry,the demand for high-rise buildings has become increasingly strong,modular construction has also been rapidly popularized,and construction operations are demanding further.The traditional flat-arm tower crane has a large area and weak lifting capacity,which is not suitable for the narrow lifting operation of the space.The construction of the boom-type tower crane with flexible boom and super-lifting performance is particularly obvious.Become an indispensable equipment for the construction of modern highrise buildings.The boom-type tower crane started late compared with the traditional flat-arm crane.The domestic market is basically monopolized by foreign-funded and Taiwan-funded brands,and its price is high,which greatly increases the construction cost.In order to break through this situation,the development of a boom-type tower crane with large weight,flexible boom changer,short balance arm and self-powered has become a research hotspot in the crane industry.In this paper,the mechanical model is simplified according to the collected data,and the parametric modeling of the whole machine is completed,and the static analysis is carried out to obtain the response of displacement and stress.The dangerous part of the whole machine was studied,which provided the data foundation for the design of the boom type tower crane.Then based on the finite element modal analysis method,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the boom-type tower crane are analyzed,and its dynamic mechanical characteristics are studied.When designing the product,anti-resonance is provided for the tower crane of this model.Design Basis.Then,the buckling analysis of the whole structure is carried out by applying the eigenvalue buckling method,and the characteristic values of the four working conditions are obtained.At the same time,the tilting stability of the whole machine is checked,which provides the basis for the stability of the tower crane.Finally,ExcelVBA was used to compile the selection software of the boom-type tower crane mechanical structure,which helps designers to quickly select and remove them from the heavy work.In this paper,a new type of boom-type tower crane is taken as the research object.The finite element method is used to analyze the statics and dynamics of the boom-type tower crane,and the mechanical structure selection is realized.Provide data reference for enterprise design and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise product market.
