With the development of a globally integrated economy,the pressure on contemporary companies is becoming more apparent.Due to the small scale,tight capital,lack of talents and relatively low quality of employees,SMEs in China still have a certain gap with large enterprises in terms of product quality and management level.Many small and medium-sized manufacturing industries have shifted their profit margins from increasing product prices to lowering production costs.In this paper,we use the research on the production quality of Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.to sort out a series of problems related to production quality found in the manufacturing process of Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.Like most small and medium-sized enterprises,Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.has also established a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO9000 and obtained certification qualifications.It has established a clear quality management system organization and quality management system control process,and is also dedicated to production.The work has compiled the division of responsibilities of the production personnel of each process.When the heat exchange equipment manufacturing industry has just emerged,whether it has a lean management system or a well-developed quality management system,or a resounding brand and an excellent talent team,as long as engaged in the production and operation of heat exchange equipment,Get huge profits in the market.However,in recent years,with the national economic recession and the gradual saturation of the real estate industry,the heat exchange equipment as a heating partner has been affected to some extent,how to survive in the increasingly tight market competition,how to survive The heat exchange equipment manufacturing company stands out and has become an urgent problem for many heat exchange equipment manufacturing companies.The overall research idea of this paper is to find out the problems through field observation and sampling inspection.On this basis,the improvement measures for the production quality management of Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.are put forward.By reading a large number of books and periodicals related to production quality management,learning and using fishbone diagrams to analyze the causes of the problems in the production quality of Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.In the second chapter,it briefly introduces the current status of the heat equipment manufacturing company and the process of its heat exchanger equipment manufacturing and quality inspection process,and divides the production environment of the unit into the “hard environment” and personnel management of the space layout.Brief description of the soft environment,telephone communication to customers who have been or are preparing to purchase heat exchange equipment,sampling and testing of parts,semi-finished products and finished products produced by Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,and discovering Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.There are quality problems in the production of plates,plates and unit prototypes.Using a small section of space,Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.stated the quality problems such as high scrap rate,rework rate,high return rate and irregular production management.The third chapter uses the fishbone diagram to find out the reasons for the quality problem.It analyzes one by one from five aspects of the human-machine law loop.Through statistical analysis,the reason why the production quality of Mingming Company is not high is mainly because of the production environment and production process.There are problems with the production staff.The problem of non-standard production site management found in Chapter 2 is mainly due to the unreasonable production space layout,the inefficiency of production efficiency and the lack of on-site management rules and regulations;The high rate problem is mainly due to the fact that in the production process,the sheet metal stamping tolerance is small,the sheet cutting precautions are more and the sheet welding technology is difficult to master;for the second chapter,the rework rate and return rate are high.Because there are many uncertain factors in production,the changes in planning time and production requirements have higher requirements for the quality of production personnel,and the liquidity of production personnel also has a fluctuating effect on the quality of the overall team.Finally,for the analysis of the causes of the problems in Chapter 3,the fourth chapter is used to propose corresponding management measures,and a guarantee method for the production quality management is proposed for Mingming Heat Exchange Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.
