Modern cities are developing at a rapid and rapid pace.The urbanization process caused by rapid renewal has had a tremendous impact on people's daily lives.In the process of urban development,a series of problems caused by urban renewal have been triggered,such as the formation of urban villages and shanty towns caused by changes in planning structure,the demolition and reconstruction of large areas of old houses in old cities,and the renewal of building stocks.The renewal of the old city has led to the prevalence of the old buildings in the historical district.As an important part of a city that cannot be ignored,the historical style area carries people's memories of the history and culture of the city.However,the public space environment of the roads and communities in the historical style area still stays in the state of the initial appearance of the style area.The function and aesthetics are indeed forgotten by people.Nowadays,people are increasingly demanding the construction of ecologically livable space environment,and the comfort of public use space has become a judgment of people's environmental quality.The protection and development of the public open space in the historical district of Wuhan will be a long-term task.It must be from the macro,meso to micro,to achieve long-term planning and control of urban public open space,rather than just building a large number of urban squares.This paper starts from the historical and scenic area of the old city,takes the research on the optimization and transformation of the micro-space in the community as the foothold,and uses the PSPL survey method to measure the current situation,photographs,residents,and interactive research.The area of historical buildings,public spaces and community micro-space per capita use area,supporting facilities,and green areas were investigated.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the status quo,and combine the previous researches on domestic and foreign theories and research cases to provide theoretical and practical basis for the transformation of the historical area of Wuhan.Taking the micro-space of Wei-mile community in Jiang'an District of Wuhan as an example to carry out the transformation practice,explore the effective ways and implementation feasibility of micro-space reconstruction in the landscape area,and provide the old city renewal and existing building reuse methods that can reasonably meet modern life.Theoretical basis and practical basis.
