A Research On Micro-Renewal Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Blocks

With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,quality priority and a better life have become our core goals in the new era.Cultural heritage and human settlements environment have also become new themes in urban renewal.The renewal of historic and cultural blocks is included in urban renewal.In recent years,experts and scholars have constantly reflected on the ways of protecting and renewing past blocks.They have proposed that we should abandon the "old road" of "overthrowing and rebuilding",and focus on the re-optimization and upgrading of the functional structure and living environment of blocks by means of small-scale and progressive protection,and "micro-renewal" calendar.Historic and Cultural Block Renewal Strategy emerged as the times require.Mianyang City is a famous historical and cultural city in Sichuan Province.Yuejin Road is one of the historical and cultural blocks in Mianyang City.It has two major cultural themes of production and life.It has gone through three historical periods of "the First Five-Year Plan","the Third Front" and "the conversion of the army to the people".It is a barometer of Mianyang City’s industrial development.However,there are some problems in its present situation,such as distinct historical characteristics,insufficient cultural display,good historic architectural features but poor quality.Therefore,this paper takes Yuejin Road historic and cultural block in Mianyang City as the research object to discuss the strategy of renewal of historic and cultural block,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above background,this paper introduces the concept of "micro-renewal" design to provide some ideas and ideas for the renewal design of historical and cultural blocks.The first part,combined with the relevant literature,on the one hand,defines the concepts of "historical and cultural blocks" and "micro-renewal",summarizes and analyses the research progress at home and abroad;on the other hand,through the study of two project cases at home and abroad,combined with the theory of micro-renewal of historical and cultural blocks,it aims at the transformation of micro-renewal of historical and cultural blocks.Principles,transformation means,renewal methods and renewal elements are summarized and summarized,and a micro-renewal strategy system of historical and cultural blocks from five perspectives of spatial integration,cultural remodeling,architectural protection,road optimization and landscape building is preliminarily established in order to be verified in the renewal of Yuejin Road historical and cultural blocks.In the second part,this paper studies the location environment,historical evolution and population characteristics of Yuejin historical and cultural block,summarizes the historical value,artistic value,environmental value,economic value and cultural value of Yuejin historical and cultural block,and carries out a detailed investigation and analysis of the overall layout,cultural characteristics,architecture,roads and landscape of the block.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,two protection and renewal development paths of the blocks are proposed,which provides the research basis and direction for the project positioning of the historical and cultural blocks along the Leap Forward Road.The third part,aiming at the renewal strategy system of the five elements established in the preceding part,puts forward specific micro-renewal strategies for Yuejin Road historical and cultural block in Mianyang City from five aspects: space integration,cultural remodeling,architectural renovation,road optimization and landscape building.In order to provide some reference value for the renovation design of Yuejin Road and its similar historical and cultural blocks.
