As an important pillar industry to drive the national economic development,the automobile industry has shown a rapid growth trend in production and sales in recent years,and the trend is more obvious in China.Since 2009,China's automobile production and sales have always occupied the first place in the world.At the same time,auto parts enterprises have also got the opportunity to grow rapidly under the support of favorable economic environment and national policies.In the context of the booming development of auto parts enterprises across the country,the talent mobility of enterprises is increasing,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,resulting in a huge gap of staff turnover,which on the one hand restricts the long-term development of enterprises,and on the other hand affects the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of staff loss in such enterprises.Faway stamping parts branch company is a company specializing in automotive body-in-white stamping parts and welded parts.It mainly supplies auto parts products to many automakers such as FAW Toyota,FAW Volkswagen.It has a history of nearly 30 years.It is a representative state-owned enterprise.This paper takes Faway stamping parts branch as the main research object,starting from the theoretical research on the factors causing the loss of enterprise personnel,this paper studies the loss of professional technicians in Faway stamping parts branch through interviews with departing employees,satisfaction questionnaires,and statistical analysis.This article has interviewed more than 40 people,and conducted satisfaction surveys within the scope of all employees of the company,compiled statistics on all data,sorted out more than ten issues that may cause employees to leave,such as: compensation issues,career development planning issues,work-life balance issues,work environment,work processes,etc.On the basis of fully grasping and analyzing the causes of employee turnover,the main reasons for the loss of professional and technical personnel are analyzed: from the perspective of economic environment and industry trend factors,Faway stamping parts branch company has insufficient advantages in the human resources market competition;In terms of management,the company is still not mature enough in the foreground planning and management system.On the basis of analyzing the individual needs of employees,the company lacks the grasp of the needs of professional and technical personnel and fails to provide more reasonable resources.Through in-depth investigation and research,and then to propose the following improvement strategies for the influencing factors of enterprise control,namely: optimization and division of responsibilities in existing organizations,to solve employees' complaints about communication problem.Improve the enterprise human resources management plan,build talent echelons,and formulate emergency plans for personnel turnover.Optimize the training management system and establish a step-based training program based on the position.Optimize salary performance management,and encourage corporate profits to be linked to personal income in the form of incentives to achieve the same goal.In-depth promotion of corporate culture and so on.According to the company's situation,it proposes the implementaton of organizational guarantees and institutional safeguards.
