Study On Planning Strategies Of Idyllic Community

The countryside not only carries the nostalgic memories of generations,but also reflects the development and changes of society.It is the cornerstone of economic development and"superstructure".The revitalization of the countryside is the need of the times and the expectation of the people.With different stages of social development,the countryside is always in transition.From rural settlements in the period of agricultural civilization to rural communities in the period of industrial civilization to rural communities in the context of new urbanization and rural revitalization,the connotation and extension of rural areas are undergoing subtle changes,and traditional rural planning is also facing new challenges.How to better coordinate the symbiotic relationship between the countryside and the town and realize the Rural Revitalization from the angles of production,life,culture and ecology is an important issue in the field of rural planning nowadays.On the basis of sorting out the evolution process of rural development,and from the perspective of urban and rural planning(rather than sociology),this paper defines the basic concept of rural community by comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences of rural settlements,rural communities and rural communities,namely,close relationship with cities and towns,good ecological environment,prominent rural features,reasonable spatial layout and industrial knot.The general name of rural settlements and rural communities with perfect structure and distinct cultural characteristics is given,and the object and category of this study are clarified,and the research framework is constructed.Based on this,the evolution and typical characteristics of rural communities are further interpreted,the basic types of rural communities are summarized,and the rules of rural communities are discussed from the aspects of development orientation,spatial structure,functional organization and core issues.On the basis of the above-mentioned basic theoretical framework,Matoushan Town in Zixi County is selected as a case study to analyze the background and suitability of its rural community construction,summarize and refine the problems and challenges faced by rural community planning,and further select three typical samples of rural community planning practice,respectively,from the development orientation and planning concepts,spatial system construction principles.In order to provide reference and reference for similar rural community planning practices in China,this paper puts forward targeted planning strategies for the construction of rural community in Matoushan Town in terms of functional organization planning strategy,tourism and characteristic industry planning strategy.
