As the storage of terrestrial oil continues to decrease,human development of oil has gradually turned to the marine sector.At present,the semi-submersible production platform has developed into the mainstream of offshore drilling platforms.The power station system of the semi-submersible production platform is an extremely important part of the entire production platform.Whether the power generation part of the power station system can work normally directly affects the stable operation of the entire power station system.At the same time,the renewable energy in the ocean is very rich,and the development and utilization of renewable energy from the land to the ocean is the future development direction.This paper combines the two to combine the renewable energy generation equipment at sea with the production platform power station system.On the one hand,it can reduce the amount of self-use oil and gas for offshore platforms,save costs and protect the environment,and on the other hand integrate renewable energy into production platform power stations.The feasibility of the system was studied.Firstly,this paper establishes a mathematical model for the main electrical equipment of the deepwater semi-submersible production platform power station system,including diesel engine and its governing system model,synchronous generator model,production platform load model and transformer model.At the same time,mathematical models were built for distributed power generation modules such as photovoltaic power generation modules,doubly-fed wind power generation modules and battery energy storage systems,including mathematical models of photovoltaic cells,maximum power tracking control of photovoltaic cells,and grid-connected links of photovoltaic cells.Wind speed,wind turbine,doubly-fed wind turbine and dual PWM converter model in doubly-fed wind power generation system;mathematical model of battery and constant current,constant voltage,trickle charge and multi-stage charging control modes.The control methods of the whole microgrid are studied,including constant power,constant voltage constant frequency and droop control methods for distributed power supplies,and control methods for microgrids such as master-slave control and peer-to-peer control.Secondly,the steady-state simulation and transient simulation of the deepwater semi-submersible production platform system model are carried out.Steady-state simulations include the tidal current distribution of the system at steady state and the load performance at steady state.The transient performance simulation mainly includes the system stability research when the power supply system is switched,and the stability of the system during load sudden and unloading.The simulation results show that the production platform power station system can continue to operate with stable load.Although there are fluctuations in power station line switching and load sudden increase and decrease,the system can be kept unstable and the dynamic performance of the production platform power station system is good.Finally,the simulation research on the power plant system of the production platform incorporating new energy is carried out,and the operation of the system under steady state operation,loading and running conditions and environmental conditions are simulated respectively.The simulation verifies the feasibility of incorporating new energy into the production platform power station.At the same time,the loading experiment proves that the whole system can be loaded with normal load and variable load.When the environmental conditions represented by light intensity and wind speed change,the distributed power supply is affected to some extent,but it can achieve stable operation under the regulation of the production platform large-capacity power station system and energy storage unit.The simulation of the interconnection operation of the two platform power stations is carried out,and the two power station systems can maintain stable operation before and after interconnection.
