Configuration Research Of Oil-gas-water Treating Facilities On Deepwater Semi-submersible Production Platform

The oil-gas-water treating facilities in the deep waters are similar to those on the land,but because of the distinctive of the environments,it has higher requirements on the aspects of safety equipment,reliability,adaptability and others.This paper studies the configuration of the oil-gas-water treating facilities in the deep waters of the South China Sea,which is conducive to the development of the oil-gas-water treatment system on the deep-water semi-submersible oil and gas production platform.This paper analyzes the actual situation of the target waters and the target platform.This paper summed up the principles and methods of the process design and the configuration of the device in the oil-gas-water treatment system by a summary of the analysis of existing processes and equipment,and the analysis of the vibration and the adaptability of the equipment on the platforms.Design the crude oil processing systems,gas treatment systems,wastewater treatment systems according to the actual situation.It completed the numeration and the configuration of the three-phase separator by the improved Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process,for example,and completed the configuration of the oil-gas-water treating facilities.It finished the flow field analysis of the three-phase separator using the fluent software,making the modeling,meshing,and analysis.It made the verification that the equipment was fine by the volume fraction of cloud model,the speed of the flow chart and other s.Finally,make the information management system software of the equipment of the treatment system of the oil,gas and water on the semi-submersible production platform.This system serve the designing of the treatment system of the oil,gas and water on the semi-submersible production platform making the management of the information of the existing production platforms and the equipment of the treatment system of the oil,gas and water and making the configuration and the selection for the equipment of the treatment system using the technical parameters.
