For the whole vehicle enterprise,maximizing the profit of vehicle sales is the biggest basis of enterprise profit.For the whole vehicle cost,procurement cost accounts for nearly 80%,occupying a large proportion.The following three aspects are explained:First,the procurement cost is divided into the procurement cost of external parts and the procurement cost of general materials.The procurement cost of external parts is the procurement cost of spare parts.The second part procurement mainly purchases three types of parts,namely metal parts,non-metal parts and electrical parts.The cost of the third part procurement accounts for more than 70% of the normal procurement cost.In recent years,with the slowdown of world economic growth,the automobile market is gradually saturated and the demand is decreasing.After 2007,the price of international crude oil has risen,and the user's refueling fee has risen directly from less than 5 yuan per liter to 7 yuan or even higher.Profits of car companies are declining.In this trend,it is particularly important to scientize the normal procurement cost.The procurement cost of spare parts,which accounts for more than 70% of the procurement cost,is the main content of this paper.Starting from the reality,this paper analyses the shortcomings of J company's spare parts procurement from four aspects,such as different types of suppliers' different willingness to participate,and then explores the optimization methods from the direction of improving process and mechanism.With the help of process perfection,the process of "vague" process is changed into "clear" and "standard" process,and the responsibilities of departments and posts are clarified,so as to reduce the intermediate link of procurement.Secondly,with the help of innovative management methods,we can achieve the double improvement of management methods and processes,so that management norms and procurement efficiency can be improved,and more procurement savings can be realized,as well as the improvement of the cost,quality,accuracy of requiring goods and the service level of suppliers,so as to provide more living space for automobile enterprises in the severe economic situation.Finally,this paper summarizes the achievements of parts procurement improvement,and prospects the future of parts procurement management improvement.
