Tank containers are mainly used for storing and transporting petroleum and chemical products.They account for more than 60% of the entire liquid cargo transportation market in Europe and the United States.However,many petroleum and chemical products are classified as dangerous goods,and there are special requirements in transportation.In order to promote the standardization,standardization and transportation safety of tank containers,since the 1950 s,international organizations and institutions have jointly formulated many relevant technical standards and norms.The domestic tank container certification and other work is managed by China Classification Society in accordance with the "International Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules" and other regulations.In addition,tank containers loaded with dangerous goods shall be subject to the relevant requirements of the “Regulations on the Administration of Railway Dangerous Goods Transportation” when transported by rail,including: the first use of tank containers for loading dangerous goods shall be verified by railway impact test.Limited by the test conditions,the impact test often uses water and sand as the loading goods instead of the actual cargo.The test results are not analyzed and proved by the mature theory.Based on the analysis of the international tank container test method and a large number of test cases,this paper investigates the current domestic railway tank container test conditions,methods and research progress.In this paper,fluid mechanics theory and finite element simulation method are used to simulate the effects of various test variables(density,viscosity,and filling volume)of canned media on the structural strength of containers under pure liquid conditions and liquidsolid coupling conditions.Combined with the typical field test results that the author has presided over in the past,the results of the comparison are verified to verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculation results.Finally,the actual test of the liquidsolid coupling of the yellow-phosphorus tank container is used as the verification research object,and the railway tank type is proposed based on the calculation and analysis results.Correction method for container simulated impact test results.
