Along with social development and the improvement of technology on building manufacture, the mobile house has acquired widely application in every walk of life by right of comfort, convenience, excellence in protecting environment. The extendable container mobile house is a new kind of structure form of mobile house which has been developed by some department, it can be used in martial and civil fields, such as bivouac, geologic perambulation, and so on.Through the static simulation test on the extendable container mobile house under snow load and wing load, this paper has testified if the mobile house could work in gear under appointed load case, and has obtained its characteristic on inner force and behavior mechanism, which has provided test basis for structure design and improvement. Finite element analysis software-ANSYS adopted has made finite numerical simulation analysis on the mobile house under corresponding snow load, the calculating results is almost consistent with the test datum. Meanwhile, this paper has made simulation analysis about the wing load, the combination of wing load and snow load with finite element method, the characteristic of inner force under appointed about mobile house has been obtained.Plane finite element method analysis under snow load has been made with a piece of truss selected to be compared with the integral structure analysis. The analysis result indicates that plane finite element method analysis is almost consistent with the integral structure analysis in the distribution of deformation and stress, it can be used as a reference of integral analysis. In addition, static elastic-plasticity analysis on the plane model under has been made, the failing load and plastically deforming area has been obtained.Test and numerical calculation indicate that the extendable container mobile house has good safety factor under design load, and its features of inner force has been obtained. All these work have provided theory and test basis for further design and mass production of the mobile house, so it has quite considerable practical value.
