The marshalling yard is the core of the railway hub,which undertakes a large of work of disassembly,assembly and changing locomotive of freight train.The join of locomotive and vehicle is the process between locomotive and vehicle,when the assembled vehicle that stayed at departure line wait until the locomotive connect vehicle.Whether locomotive and vehicle can be joined closely will affect the transportation efficiency of the marshalling yard.Therefore,solving the problem of locomotive and vehicle join is the key to improve the transportation efficiency of the marshalling yard and reduce the waiting time of locomotive and vehicle.In view of the actuality that locomotive and vehicle join loosely and the low production efficiency of marshalling yard transport,this paper analyzes the reasons in depth.Aiming at the problem that the locomotive arrangement mode cannot meet the requirements of the current transportation organization,a new type of locomotive arrangement mode was designed,which can meet the needs of the current transport organization.Aiming at the problem of locomotive operation information asymmetry in locomotive depot,train depot and dispatching station,the solution of constructing locomotive operation information sharing platform was put forward.Aiming at the problem that dispatchers in locomotive depot lack written operation plan,which results in great randomness of operation,this paper put forward the "Locomotive Depot Operational Plan" and studied the automatic programming in order to solve the problem of locomotive and vehicle join.The main work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper studies the locomotive call mode which is suitable for the needs of current transportation organization.Firstly,the existing problems of locomotive arrangement mode were analyzed.Then,a new type of locomotive arrangement mode which meets the needs of current transportation organization was proposed.Finally,characteristics of the improved locomotive arrangement mode were briefly analyzed.(2)This paper studied the mechanism of locomotive information sharing used by marshalling yard.The information barrier between dispatching station,locomotive depot and train depot is broken down by information sharing platform for locomotive operation.Firstly,this paper analyzed the requirements of creating information sharing platform.Secondly,the paper designed the information sharing technology scheme of information sharing platform.Finally,the structure design and interface design of information sharing platform were briefly outlined.(3)This paper studied the automatic planning of the locomotive operation plan.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and rules of the locomotive operation plan,the automatic planning model of the locomotive shift operation plan based on the station shift operation plan,and the automatic planning model of the locomotive stage operation plan based on the station stage operation plan were constructed respectively.According to the construction characteristics of the model,the solution methods were proposed,and the greedy algorithm was designed to solve the above model and indicated the solution steps.(4)This paper verified the effectiveness of the coordinated optimization scheme.The planning model and algorithm of locomotive operation plan for marshalling yard are realized by C#.The model and algorithm are verified and solved by using a real example of Xiangyang North Station of Wuhan Railway Bureau,and the locomotive operation plan was obtained successfully.By comparing and analyzing the test results with the real statistics,it is proved that the problem of locomotive and vehicle join will be effectively alleviated if the station depot and dispatching station adjust the operation in real time according to the locomotive operation situation.
