The operation and management of leading locomotives are very important parts of transport production in marshalling yard.It not only determines the locomotive turnover efficiency,but also directly affects the continuity and unimpeded flow of trains receiving and departing from stations.It is the most important task of transport work in marshalling yard.For a long time,the operation and management of the local locomotive in marshalling yard has been in a state of separation of management and control.The information management of the local locomotive and the operation process of the local locomotive have not formed an effective information closed loop.The traditional "call" mode has become more and more unsuitable to the needs of the current transport production organization,which has a great impact on the operation efficiency of the marshalling yard.This paper mainly studies the establishment of an integrated management and control system based on the SAM system,which integrates the operation management and control of the leading locomotive.The system obtains the information of other information systems,and forms instructions to realize automatic route arrangement,automatic tracking and feedback of the operation process of the locomotive.This thesis addressed the following several key problems:1.Precise call time of locomotiveIn this paper,through establishing the mathematical model of the earliest departure time of train,the mathematical model of the earliest departure time of locomotive,the mathematical model of the earliest departure time of locomotive crew and the mathematical model of the precise call time,the solution of the precise call time of locomotive is put forward.2.Compilation of departure and departure plan for domestic aircraftIn this paper,a solution to the problem of making warehouse entry and exit plan of local aircraft is proposed by establishing the mathematical model of warehouse entry plan and warehouse exit time of local aircraft.3.Locomotive Status TrackingThis paper studies the locomotive type identification,locomotive station turnaround process tracking,locomotive plan execution status tracking and so on,realizes the real-time feedback of locomotive operation status in marshalling yard,and studies the safety protection of the locomotive operation,locomotive running safety protection,locomotive route safety prevention and control,so as to realize the integrated management and control of locomotive operation process.4.Interface scheme with other information systemsThis paper presents the interface schemes between the system and other information systems,such as TDMS system,locomotive operation safety management information system,electronic map system,station construction management system,centralized control system(SAM system),and high-definition cargo inspection system,including the content and mode of interface data.5.System ImplementationAt the end of the paper,the realization of software and hardware of the system is given,including software and hardware architecture,hardware configuration requirements,module partition and so on.
