Research On Production Safety Risk Management In Sd Railway Permanent Way Of BG Track Division

Along with the rapid development of the China railway,especially the popularisation of high-speed railroad planning and construction,the national wide railway mileage has exceeded 131000 kilometers by the end of 2018,of which more than 29000 km mileage is high-speed railway.Due to its significance in national infrastructure and popularity in public transportation,the railway system demands specific safety maintenance and operation.As the railway system is a large integration of multiple equipment operation along with standardized management and production of millions of workers,the safety of railway system is determined by a variety of factors,such as equipment conditions,standard operation of workers,operation environment,organizational structure of production,management standards and so on.This paper focuses on the safety management methods of Sd railway works in BG track division.An evaluation method of safety checklist has been proposed on the basis of the risk management theory and method,for the work safety risk assessment of of Sd railway permanent way.We also put forward a dynamic-closed loop risk control method for the work safety of Sd railway permanent way.In this article,the analysis on the current state of Sd railway production management of railway station has been carried on from the perspectives of background,significance and research status of Safety Risk Management,with the prominent existing problems being indicated.By considering the role of safety risk factors in the Sd railway permanent way of BG track division,we presented the safety risk list of the Sd railroad production.Proper safety risk control methods can be developed based on the safety checklist evaluation method by constructing the safety risk factors out of the real safety states of the Sd railway permanent way.
