There are many uncertain risk factors during the construction for railway tunnel, which lead to a particular high probability for all kinds of safety accident with serious consequence. Carrying on the construction safety risk management throughout the whole process of railway tunnel construction, it benefits the scientific decision, reducing the accident happening possibility, and taking a good control for the loss during perils. For the dissertation, writer taken a research on the safety risk during railway tunnel construction, and some achievements obtained are as follows.(1) With the classification of railway tunnel construction safety risk accidents, a multi-level index system for the railway tunnel construction safety risk had been founded by the list-checking method. Based on this, a further research on the risk factor screening method and principle for the risk index system in the practice was taken.(2) Considering the lack of enough construction disaster data inland, writer proposed a comprehensive evaluation method for the railway tunnel construction safety risk probability which based on the level analysis-fuzzy theory. Moreover, writer proposed the classification for the railway tunnel construction safety accident consequence based on the economic value measure principle, and introduced the concept of "equivalent", further, proposed the construction consequence equivalent estimation method the estimation which was used for dealing with the estimation of the level for railway tunnel construction safety accident consequence. By the introduction of the method-R=PXC, and effective combination of the all methods above, a integrated assessment model for the safety risk level analysis in railway tunnel construction was founded, and based on it, a development on visualization assessment software was carried out.(3) The safety risk control for railway tunnel construction should be a comprehensive control system with the combination of management and technique. At the management aspect, a innovative risk management model RTDMN centered with PRCA for railway tunnel was proposed. At risk control technique aspect, a research focused on the prevention and control was carried out for the most familiar collapse accident in railway tunnel construction.(4) With the adoption of the research achievement for the safety risk management in railway tunnel construction in this dissertation, a application research was taken into the safety risk management in the Qingyun Mountain railway tunnel construction.With the foundation of the assessment index system, proposing of the assessment method, assessment model's foundation, development of the software, and the formulation of the control measurements, a objective reached, which aimed for the qualification estimation, systematization and scientific management for the safety risk in railway tunnel construction. And that could offer a reference for the specific application and developing of the theory and method of railway tunnel construction safety risk management in the practical project.
