The assembly line is divided into modular assembly lines and Total Laboratory Automation based on the degree of automation.Compared with foreign products,most of China's assembly line products are still in the stage of modular assembly line,and there is still a certain distance from the total laboratory automation.Due to the closed nature of foreign assembly lines,it is not possible to connect other manufacturers' testing equipment.The modular assembly line can reduce the cost of hospital equipment introduction in China and is suitable for small and medium-sized hospitals.In addition to the inability to automate testing,domestic products have almost all the functions of a total laboratory automation,such as sorting,centrifugation,opening,transfer,storage,data management,etc.In addition to the inability to detect automation,domestic products have almost all the functions of a total laboratory automation,such as sorting,centrifugation,opening,transfer,storage,and data management.Like the total laboratory automation,it reduces sample turnaround time(TAT)and minimizes human error.The blood sample detection pipeline studied in this paper meets the domestic market demand,including the following:1.Complete the design of the centrifugal module in the pre-processing stage of the blood sample detection pipeline sample,and the layout of the module related to the centrifugal module.Determine the coordination mode of the centrifugal module and other modules of the system,and select the relevant components.Complete the structural design of the centrifugal module,and use ANSYS to analyze and check the strength of key parts.2.The feasibility of the centrifugal module design was simulated by ADAMS.The natural frequency of the centrifugal transmission part was analyzed by ANSYS,and the vibration strategy of the centrifuge was analyzed.3.Write the logic block diagram of the motion control program,build the Stateflow simulation model according to the logic block diagram,simulate the design scheme,compare the simulation timing results,analyze the feasibility of the scheme,and find the working conditions under the highest efficiency.Complete the preparation of the message of the centrifugal module and the industrial computer.4.Write motion control programs in BASIC.In addition to the basic functions,it alsorequires a certain degree of error tolerance.Write the control program for the touch screen.In addition to the display of the state of the centrifugal module,people can simply control the centrifugal module through the touch screen.5.Set up an experimental prototype and simulate the industrial computer through the debugging assistant of the computer.Ensure that the centrifugal module motion control program has no errors,and after verifying that the message is correct,check with the industrial computer and other modules of the system.Finally,the centrifugal module is debugged under actual working conditions,and the centrifugation effect of the centrifuge is analyzed.Delivered to the hospital after running without errors and centrifugal effects to meet hospital requirements.
