| As one of the top 500 companies in the world,F Group has a world-leading position in automotive powertrain and chassis technology and has a good customer reputation and a large market share.As the China automobile market development opportunities,its subsidiary F company,as the chassis supplier of Beijing Benz’s automotive company,has faced increasing market demand from customers.Under current conditions,increasing production capacity has become F company urgent problems to be solved.This research studies the production capacity increase of F company’s MRA chassis front wheel module production line,and mainly completes the following contents:(1)Investigation and determination of the current status of production capacity of the MRA chassis front wheel module assembly production line of F Company.Investigate the assembly process,assembly method of each station,and the status of logistics distribution of the MRA chassis front wheel module assembly production line,use the stopwatch time research method to measure the actual operating time of each station,and calculate the line balance based on the analysis of the time of each station,the bottleneck stations and excess capacity stations are determined,and the relationship between the current status of logistics distribution and the assembly needs of the production line is analyzed and identify problems.(2)Analysis of bottleneck workstation problems and logistics distribution problems.Aiming at the bottleneck stations,the operation procedures of the operators are recorded in detail using the process flow chart.The "5W1H" questioning technology is used to analyze the problems of the current operation methods in detail to find the root cause of the bottleneck station time.Then describe the line-side material distribution process and analyze the causes of problems such as untimely feeding and distribution errors that often occur.(3)Design the optimization action of the MRA chassis front wheel assembly production line of F company.Firstly,follow the "ECRS" principle to improve the bottleneck stations.Based on this,combine the production line’s requirements for production capacity and the balance rate requirements to optimize and adjust the operation of each station of the production line.Content optimizes the production line and finally determines the production cycle time.Finally,from the perspective of line balance rate,balance delay,capacity increase,cost savings,etc.,the effect of the improved scheme is evaluated.The research in this thesis can not only increase the production capacity of the chassis front wheel assembly production line,but also reduce the operating cost of the chassis front wheel assembly production line.Its research methods and research ideas can provide a certain reference for the production capacity increase of F company’s other production lines. |
