In order to ensure the quality of products,fresh food,vaccines,medicines and other temperature and humidity sensitive products must always be kept under specific environmental conditions during transportation.Therefore,how to design an effective cold chain logistics transportation monitoring system has become a hot topic of research.Recently,the rapid development of information technology and Internet of Things has provided a favorable means for effective monitoring and digital management of cold chain logistics transportation.This paper designs and manufactures a real-time monitoring system for refrigerated truck transportation based on embedded system,sensor technology,wireless transmission technology,cloud server technology,etc.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the management and monitoring requirements of cold chain logistics,the parameters affecting the environment of refrigerated truck are analyzed.Then the overall design of the system is carried out and the selection of temperature and humidity sensors,light sensors,camera modules and network modules are finished;The design of the perception layer,network layer and application layer based on the Internet of Things are given.(2)Based on STM32 F 407ZGT6 processor,the design scheme of on-board terminal is put forward,and the schematic design of each component and the drawing of PCB board are carried out.In order to reduce the cost and volume as well as the stability of the system,the principle diagram of each component hardware is cut and the circuit PCB board is drawn.Focusing on the real-time problem of on-board detection,the transplantation of μ COSIII operating system and the design and implementation of software based on this system are completed.On this basis,the TCP/IP communication between the vehicle terminal and the cloud server is realized.According to the temperature distribution,the local area network is constructed by using the wireless networking module,and the wireless transmission among the small modules is realized.(3)The appearance design of the web interface is carried out,the front-end display interface is developed with HTML 5,and the local dynamic updating of web pages is realized by using Ajax technology.The Aliyun server is configured and the server script is developed with PHP to realize the data interception of the server port.Then the MySQL database is designed and connected to store and filter the data.Gould map is embedded and real-time vehicle location can be calibrated.Successfully completes the monitoring of temperature and humidity,door status,alarm information,storage and query of historical information and other functions.Successfully completes the functions of remote display of temperature and humidity,door status,alarm information,storage and query of historical information,etc.The system realizes the real-time monitoring,information and digital management of refrigerated vehicles from the generation to the end of the order.Then carries out on-board debugging and testing with PC in the laboratory environment.The results show that the measured data is accurate,the data of upper computer and lower computer are basically synchronized,and the data interaction is stable and reliable.The system is easy to operate and practical,and has good market application prospects.
