In recent years, along with the adjustment of agricultural structure and the increasing of theresidents’consumption, china’s agricultural production and liquidity has increased with eachpassing year, consumers put forward higher requirements for the safety and quality ofagricultural products. Cold chain logistics of agricultural products, not only to ensure the qualityof agricultural products, and minimize the loss of agricultural products, but also to promote thecontinuous of the products to the greatest extent and rapid development of regional economy.Atpresent, China’s agricultural products cold chain logistics industry has achieved rapiddevelopment, but the development of a complete, efficient and real-time cold chain environmentmonitoring system is relatively slow. Especially in the process of refrigerated trucks’transportation, the development of refrigerated truck body’s environment monitoring is theweakest, which directly related to the safety and quality of agricultural products and many ofother issues.According to the small-space characteristics of refrigerated compartment, this thesisdesigned a remote monitoring system for refrigerated trucks’ international environment, whichused the sensor technology, ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, embedded technology,and many other advanced technologies. This design mainly included the below several aspects:1. Through the research and analysis on the current situation of our agricultural productlogistics at the present stage of China, the design scheme was put forward to conduct real-timemonitoring for the refrigerated compartment environmental information. The scheme was mainlyusing ZigBee wireless senor network and the embedded Linux system platform to carry outreal-time information collection of temperature and humidity for the refrigerated compartment.After collection,the data were transmitted to the emote data monitoring center through the GPRSnetwork and Internet network.2. The selected modules were taken under the low-cost requirement.After that, the systempicked up the necessary modules. The SHT15temperature and humidity senor was selected tocollect the real-time information of the refrigerated compartment; a ZigBee coordinator node and6ZigBee sensor nodes were selected to construct ZigBee star network based on CC2430modules for a more complete information collection; the embedded Linux system based on ARM9system platform was selected to receive and transmit and display data informations.3. The ZigBee application programs were written and the ZigBee star network was built, sothat it could collect the real-time temperature and humidity data informations; all wererespectively finalized (including the Bootloader was transplanted, the Linux kernel wastransplanted,the root file system was constructed and the Qt-Creator designer installation wasrealized) in order to build the Linux system platform, and wrote the application programs;finally,the GPRS DTU module was set to realize the communication with the Internet network.4. The KingView6.53software was adopted to design the monitoring interface of remotedata monitoring center.After the monitoring interface design finalization, the communicationwas adjusted between KingView software and GPRS DTU module to realize the remote datamonitoring center receive the right data informations of ARM system platform through GPRSnetwork and Internet network,and then realize the real-time remote monitoring of environmentalinformation of the refrigerated compartment.After the design completed, the system was debugged and assembled, and then its overallstability was tested in the experimental condition. In the both cases of no-load and full-load(tomatos), the right data average acceptance rates of the system are97.51%and96.99%. Theresults indicated that the system was stable and could collect, display and monitor the real-timeenvironmental information in order to meet the actual demand of the refrigeration compartmentenvironment.
