| More and more patients implanted with pacemakers, after pacemakers implanted their working conditions and battery charge need to be monitored. The existing monitoring methods can not meet the effective monitoring of pacemaker patients. Therefore, on basis of analysis of pacing ECG features and mobile wireless transmission technology,combined with embedded technology,we designed a wireless pacemaker monitoring terminal based on ARM9. Use mobile wireless communications for data transmission, the system can achieve real-time monitoring for patient.In the hardware part,Use AD620, inverting amplifier, filter circuits for signal processing to realize the extraction of pacing signal; Take S3C2440 as the core processing and the chip integrates with A/D converter module to complete the data conversion.Adopt K9F2G08UXAã€K4S561632Dã€WXCAT-TG3 and they build the hardware foundation of the whole terminal.Meanwhile we design the network module and GPRS module,providing data transmission channel.At last,we design the power circuit to meet the supply needs of each module,so the entire terminal can run well.In the software part, we complete the transplant of Linux operating system on the S3C2440 to meet the needs of multi-tasking. Besides, transplant the Qt/Embedded and tslib on ARM board and configure to enable ARM support touch operation. Use Qt programming provides more friendly interface program to complete the interaction between the user and the terminal system. In order to solve the large amount of data storage, transmission problems, we design a embedded lossless pacing ECG compression algorithm, so the whole terminal can meet the needs of the system running.Terminal relize the pacing ECG signal acquisition and remote transmission and solve the problem of large data processing, finally this design achieve effective monitoring for pacemaker patients. |
