With the rapid development of industrialization,urbanization and the science and technology,the demand for engineering structures is growing,the form is more and more complicated.With the increase of the using time and the external effects,the structures may be damage,deformation or even collapse,which influence people's life and property safety seriously,and cause serious social impact.We find the problems and take measures as early as possible,to ensure the reliability of engineering structure has an important significance.If we can implement study on real-time health monitoring method is particularly important.For this engineering problem,this paper has carried on the system research,builds a set of remote online real-time detection system of engineering structure.The results are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the existing methods of remote online real-time health monitoring,and analyzes the different technologies used in the monitoring system under different structures and different engineering environments.According to the actual work demand of civil engineering,the existing monitoring methods and communication technology,this paper puts forward the mechanism and realization method of a remote online real-time health monitoring system of engineering.This paper combines structural monitoring sensor technology,GPRS technology and monitoring technology,resulting in formating the health monitoring theory system of the remote monitoring of the project structure,online real-time processing,unified management,based on three interdisciplinary techniques.the system is divided into data acquisition subsystem,data communication subsystem and data analysis subsystem,which are technology researched and developed respectively.(2)Through the selection and comparison of the hardware applied in the system,we got the working principle of the components and communication parameters.And through the physical lap,the hardware will be connected to build a hardware transmission part of the monitoring system.On the software side,the system uses Modbus serial communication technology and GPRS wireless data transmission technology to realize the monitoring data uploading to the network;uses dynamic domain resolution technology to break through the campus education LAN,to achieve different LAN data transmission.By the way,the system is no longer subject to the IP address instability of the data transmission,resulting that the communication links are not smooth.The system transfers the monitoring data to the data port specified by the computer's virtual serial port,which eliminates the need for traditional data receiving the use of hardware for data reception,great saves in hardware investment,and completes the data wireless transmission.(3)The system uses the Kingview monitoring software as the development platform of the monitoring system,and makes three-dimensional monitoring of the structure through three aspects: data trend curve,alarm system and data report.It establishes a monitoring software plug-in database that will save the monitoring data,contributing to the secondary analysis of the data.At the same time,it creates a synchronously released monitoring screen network,which realizes the health monitoring system of the engineering structure remote,online,real-time,and greatly facilitates the structural monitoring.(4)The monitoring system has been used in the pipe gallery cross river bridge construction monitoring,in a large enterprises,in shaanxi province,which obtained good engineering results.It has been proved that this system for engineering structures on-line monitoring has important theoretical significance and practical value.Finally,through the bridge project as an example,it shows the application of the system in the practical engineering,and obtains the engineering significance.
