With the rapid development of aviation and aerospace technology and the change of modern warfare,the design of the bullet-and-ball system is becoming more and more complicated.Taking into account the safety of researchers,development costs and site arrangements,the use of missiles and flying semi-physical objects Simulation experiments can significantly shorten the development cycle,reduce the number of actual target tests and save development costs.The semi-physical simulation of missile and arrow flight can simulate various parameters of the projectile system.Due to the characteristics of the semi-physical simulation itself,various test parameters and data of the projectile system can be obtained more realistically to verify whether the design of the overall projectile system is reasonable.To find out the design flaws of the projectile system and test the performance of the missile flight control system.Therefore,the semi-physical simulation test has become an indispensable verification method in the development of various weapon systems.Firstly,the research status and application prospects of key technologies used in missile flight simulation system at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the overall scheme of the missile flight simulation system,the composition of each subsystem and the work program of the system are determined,and the missile flight simulation model is established.Based on the hard real-time system of Windows+RTX system,the real-time communication and data transmission network composed of optical fiber reflective memory network and high-speed Ethernet are built,and the control program under the real-time system is developed and tested.Thirdly,Thirdly,the development and implementation of the driver for the equipment used in the missile simulation system was developed.The initialization program of the three-axis flight turret and the realization program of the satellite signal simulation were developed.The simulation of the line accelerometer,the rudder loader and the pressure loader was carried out.The working mode of the equipment is introduced and analyzed.Fourth,the visual simulation scheme of the missile simulation system was determined.Based on the STK,the semi-physical simulation real-time visualization system was built.The visual simulation control program was programmed under the RTX system,and the ballistic data generated by the ballistic simulation computer was passed through real-time data.Handle the RT3 module interface input into the STK software,and display the attitude and position of the missile flight in real time on the STK interface.Finally,the functional simulation of the missile flight simulation system designed in this paper is carried out to verify the availability and reliability of the overall system.The real-time control system of missile and arrow flight simulation designed in this paper is a hard real-time system based on Windows+RTX.The ballistic attitude data calculated by the ballistic simulator is transmitted to the three-axis flight turntable for simulation,and the position data is transmitted to the satellite signal simulator for processing.And simulation,the acceleration data is transmitted to the overload device,and the attitude and position data are synchronously transmitted to the visual simulation software to realize real-time display of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual images.
