Flight simulators are widely used in flight training and aircraft engineering development. It is indispensable laboratory facilities for the 3 generation fighter. Driving skills training in a real aircraft is too expensive, and concerning the security reasons the complex and dangerous situations cannot be achieved in a real fighter. Therefore the design and development of flight simulators has become an economical and effective way to train pilots, and the technology of flight simulators has gained the world’s attention.Flight simulators can realistically simulate various postures of the aircraft actually flies in the air under laboratory conditions, replicate the dynamics of its movement. The performance of the motion platform directly related to flight simulation’s fidelity and security, it is the basis of the flight personnel selection and training effect, and therefore the motion platform is increasingly demanded for high load, high frequency and other technical indicators. Therefore, to carry out the development of high dynamic motion platform for flight simulations and even aviation industry are of great significance.This thesis based on the project of “High dynamic flight simulator” researches and develops the software system. This paper analyzes the architecture of the high dynamic flight simulator software system, combines the actual functional demands of the flight simulator. Finally, it proposed the schemes of each functional modules.In this thesis, the basic theory of frequency synthesis is discussed:1. Analyze the high dynamic flight simulator system for system components, including general control PC, motion control PC and graphic display PC. Classify each subsystems of each PC. Pave the way for software function module in detail.2.According to the actual needs of the communication system, Through the comparison of communication program commonly used, determine the scheme of communication using EtherCAT bus and TwinCAT for the Real-time communication; and because the user interface requires lower for real-time, so we use TwinCAT + ADS to achieve the communication between user interface and the underlying network system.3.The upper modules are divided into state-monitoring module, graphic-display module and motion-control module, and the 3 modules are detailed designed and developed. The state-monitoring module mainly works for display and data-saving; the graphic-display module mainly works for data curve; the motion-control module is the core module of the system, it is divided into 4 kinds of patterns: manual-maintenance, preprogrammed-function, closed-loop-control and dynamic simulation, the paper has also analyzed and designed for the 4 patterns in detail.
