The flight simulator is the ground equipment which can make the flying condition and environment when the aircraft is in the air reappear vividly. It includes the engineer flight simulator, the research flight simulator and the training flight simulator. It is indispensable for the research and manufacture of the new aircraft, the flight theory study, the flight control study, and the pilot training. The project that I attend is the research and manufacture of the full-task flight simulator, which exploits the simulation equipment used to train the pilot and is one of the projects of CAAC. This paper is the summarization of the work that I have done. The main content of the paper is as follows:1. Analyzing and summarizing of the requirement situation of the training flight simulator and the status quo of the national and foreign technology; and stating the gap of our research in this field at present.2. Using the GL Studio software to simulate the engine's flight instrument board and the control device of Airbus A320; giving the dynamic change result of the instrument simulation board; summarizing the skills in the simulation process; The two programs of the simulation engine control device and ECAM (Electronic Centralised Aircraft Monitor) adopt the share memory technology to make the data communication and program the corresponding communication program.3. Introducing the simulation method of the engine system and the composing of the engine module; providing the classification, requirement and realization method of the malfunction setting for the training flight simulator; reproducing some typical malfunctions of the engine and giving the corresponding display of the instrument board.
