Low carbon,energy conservation,sustainable development and other new concepts are affecting the construction industry,making the assembly building with unified architectural design standards,strict component manufacturing,and assembly standards has become the main direction of the development of the construction industry.The design concept of large-scale integral internal partition wall meets the requirements of building industrialization.Compared with the internal partition wall structure of traditional buildings,it has obvious advantages such as light weight,high precision,controllable quality and convenient construction.The integrated design of integral partition wall is also more in line with the needs of prefabricated buildings.In the national key research and development program of China,the anti-seismic performance of the large-scale integral internal partition wall is taken as the research subject.The traditional partition block has the characteristics of low strength,high production energy consumption and complex masonry technology,it's difficult to control the quality of the partition wall.Prefabricated integral partition wall has the characteristics of large-scale integrated production and integrated construction,which avoids tedious production and installation process.In order to study the influence of the integral partition wall on the seismic performance of the frame system,the characteristics of various partition wall materials were understood through strength test,several internal partition wall frame specimens with different materials and connection methods were designed.There is a 20 mm gap between the new integral partition wall and the frame beam and column,which is filled with rubber.The partition wall and the frame beam are fixed by angle steel.The traditional partition wall frame system is only filled with rubber,and the finite element software ABAQUS is used for analysis.In the software,the displacement control system of quasi-static test is used to simulate the seismic force.The seismic capacity of the partition frame system is calculated,the hysteretic curves,stiffness curves,energy dissipation and ductility coefficients of various systems are obtained.The results show that under the action of the earthquake force,the anti-seismic capacity of lightweight integral partition wall is the same as that of traditional partition wall system,and it has good energy consumption capacity.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the action of low cycle repeated load,the stress and damage development of the prefabricated integral partition frame system is basically the same as that of the ordinary concrete partition frame system.Each component of the structure develops from elastic deformation to plastic failure stage,and the stress of the final structure is close to the single frame system.(2)Prefabricated integral partition wall can improve the bearing capacity of the structure,strengthen the structural rigidity,and increase the total energy consumption of the structure.The energy consumption is about 2.23 times of the traditional brick masonry partition wall,and the structure has good seismic capacity.(3)The rigidity of prefabricated integral partition wall is stronger than that of traditional brick masonry partition wall,the ductility coefficient of structure is similar to that of ordinary concrete partition wall,the decline of structural strength and rigidity is more gentle,and there is good energy consumption reserve.(4)The special connection between prefabricated building components can affect the seismic performance of the partition wall frame system.The connection between the partition wall and the frame can change the rigidity of the integral partition wall body by using angle steel,dowel bar and other connection methods.The utilization ratio of the overall bearing capacity of the partition wall in the elastic-plastic stage of the structure needs to be improve.Figure [55] table [12] reference [55]...
