| Handan in the stage of rapid economic development and its dependence on water resources is increasing,However,the lack of water resources and the shortage of water supply in dry years have seriously affected the socio-economic development of the region and the improvement of people’s living standards.In order to meet the needs of construction and development of handan,alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,and improve the guarantee rate of regional water supply,the existing water engineering system can no longer meet the target requirements under the new form,so it is necessary to optimize the study of water engineering.This paper presents the problems existing in the current water engineering system of Handan by analyzing the regional overview,the water supply engineering system,and the status quo of water resources development and utilization in this city.The comprehensive evaluation index system for the water supply project in this city was established from eight aspects including the water connection,river channel smoothness,channel coverage,the number of water supply sources,river channel complementarity,reserve water source guarantee rate,water supply system integrity,operational management status.Firstly,established a comprehensive research framework and identify the problems that need to be solved,divided into different and relatively independent sub-problems,then study each sub-question separately and coordinate the sub-problems.Combined use the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,based on the evidence theory,a new EM-AHP method is established to determine the index categories and weights of the water supply engineering system,and a comprehensive evaluation model based on the principle of fuzzy transformation and the principle of maximum membership degree is constructed.According to the characteristics of mixed qualitative and quantitative factors of evaluation index,expert scoring method and fuzzy mathematics theory were introduced to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of water supply engineering,and the comprehensive evaluation grade standard was determined as good in Handan.According to the evaluation index system proposed in this paper,on the basis of the existing water supply engineering system in this city,the optimization measures are put forward to comprehensively improve the water supply security capability.In combination with the water supply project planning of Handan city,through the implementation of a series of water source projects,river and lake water system connection projects,farmland water conservancy supporting projects,water conservancy project operation management system construction,etc.,to further improve the water conservancy infrastructure construction,optimize the water engineering system,constructed a multi-water source complementary,rich and dry year adjustment,and a well-established urban and rural water supply security system.After that,by calculating the comprehensive evaluation of the optimized water engineering system got the grade of the water engineering system of Handan city is excellent.The results show that through the comparison with the current water supply engineering system,after implementing a series of optimized treatment measures,the infrastructure of the water supply engineering system in Handan city has been improved,and the water supply security guarantee capability has been improved.By summarizing the experience of the water project optimization project in Handan,it is believed that the optimization system established in this paper has certain practical significance,which can provide decision-making basis for relevant departments and provide reference for subsequent similar projects. |
