Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of yellow Yanhuanding engineering water-saving potential were studied engineering water saving potential evaluation index system is established,constructs the comprehensive evaluation model.The main research contents are as follows:(1)overview of yellow Yanhuanding project and are described,and points out the main problems existing in the water supply project for the difficulties of government subsidies,the high cost of water supply and water supply equipment aging serious,existing a small amount of water supply,and from water district water demand forecasting and water supply quantity of water resources allocation are studied for the water district and on the surface water resources,groundwater resources and water resources total were evaluated.(2)through the analysis of the characteristics of yellow Yanhuanding engineering water-saving potential analysis,according to the principles,procedures and methods for establishing the evaluation index system of the established index system of comprehensive evaluation of water saving potential in the Yellow Yanhuanding engineering,and indicators of each level are explained,and the evaluation standard of water-saving potential were investigated to clarify the evaluation standard and the principle of the evaluation index and grading standard range is determined.(3)describes the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process,introduces the basic assumptions in the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)several important concepts and levels of analysis,outlines the problems hierarchically,calculating index weight coefficient method and steps,and through the establishment of index system,analysis method is adopted to calculate the weight of each index using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and finally built the Yellow Yanhuanding engineering water-saving hierarchy model,and hierarchy analysis method of evaluation results are analyzed.(4)using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation of the water saving potential in the Yellow Yanhuanding engineering,introduced the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,illustrates the principle of evaluation,evaluation steps and fuzzy evaluation matrix matters requiring attention,and of Yanhuanding experimental works of water resources carrying capacity and water resources development and utilization degree is evaluated,and ultimately from agricultural water urban domestic water and industrial water water-saving potential of the project of system analysis.
