Method And System Of Collaboratively Establishing Knowledge Network Guided By Technology Roadmap

With the economic globalization and technological sophistication, there is none company or institution has all the necessary technical resources alone, competition among enterprises has transferred from the previous trade competition to intellectual property rights competition. More and more companies, research institutions, universities begin to establish enterprise alliance spontaneously or guided by government, in order to share knowledge each other and improve the collaborative innovation capability at the same time. Finally the enterprise alliance could easily enhance the competitive ability with the intellectual property rights in the international market. Technology roadmap is being used more and more as a technology research tool, while the knowledge network is becoming the basic knowledge management infrastructure. Here technology roadmap and knowledge network establishing have been integrated together, in order to improve the technology roadmap quality and reduce the building cost. With the network and information technology, collaborative knowledge sharing method, collaborative knowledge building method, it would be much more efficient to establish knowledge network and technology roadmap. The national 863 project and the important technical project are the background of research.The first chapter, research of technology roadmap and knowledge network is introduced. Model of knowledge network guided by technology roadmap has been created. The key technologies and methods of establishing knowledge network guided by technology roadmap are introduced. Finally the study of the content and architecture was proposed.In chapter II, similarities and complementarities of the technology roadmap and knowledge network is researched in order to build the knowledge network guided by technology roadmap. Method of collaborative establishing knowledge network and technology roadmap by public, method of making knowledge network orderly and method of forecasting technology is also introduced, in order to build an efficient, high-quality, low-cost knowledge network guided by technology roadmap for enterprise alliance.In chapter III, from the views of the work flow, process models, and data flow, etc, the knowledge establishing platform, knowledge analyzing platform, technology roadmap collaborative establishing platform and systems management platform are introduced.In chapter IV, it begins with a brief description of the system constructer, system requirements and system functions. Then the knowledge establishing platform, knowledge analyzing platform, technology roadmap collaborative establishing platform and systems management platform are designed.In chapter V, in accordance with the process of building digital TV video coding technology as an example, introduced the process of building technology roadmap based on the knowledge network guided by technology roadmap.In chapter VI, the research work is summarized and the further improvement is discussed. Finally, some issues required further study are put forward.
