Research On Space Adaptive Design Of Care Unit

In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second Session of the 13 th National People's Congress in March 2019 pointed out that the aged care service is an obvious shortcoming in China.The aging of the population has become an important factor affecting social and economic development.According to the data released by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2016,from 2010 to 2016,the total number of beds for elderly care facilities in China has increased from 3.5 million to 6.8 million,with an average annual growth rate of 12%.More than 8 million elderly people are added,and the elderly bed is short of more than 2 million beds per year.Especially for the elderly with moderate disability and severe disability,it is necessary to use the elderly care facilities to support the elderly.Therefore,solving the problem of the elderly care of the elderly and improving the quality of life of the elderly being cared for is closely related to each family in the future.It is also an important topic in the current research on the design of oldage buildings.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status of the construction and care unit of the elderly care facilities,and conducts research and analysis on the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly.Through research,it is considered that the small-scale unit in the design of the elderly care facilities.The centralized care service is an ideal form of architectural space organization,while the research on small-scale and multi-functional units in China is relatively weak.Secondly,the related concepts and related cases at home and abroad are compared and analyzed as a reference for adaptive design in China;data analysis and induction of the behaviors and needs of the elderly are carried out through photographs,interviews,questionnaires,etc.,as the basis for adaptive design in China.Then,the adaptive analysis of the care unit space of the elderly care facility building is carried out.On the one hand,the spatial organization mode of the care unit is summarized,including the basic type,the basic type + the additional module,and the high adaptation type;on the other hand,the care unit is summarized according to the investigation.The adaptive design method analyzes the elements in the spatial combination mode and function composition to provide constructive opinions,including the adaptive configuration outline of the living space,the living room space,and the adaptive space layout.The care unit of the elderly care facility is an independent system.The adaptive design study of the care unit is a supportive study to address the problem of aging institutions and community pensions in an aging society.Through this research,it is proposed to cope with changes in the time axis.The versatility and diversity design strategies and methods for the needs of the elderly,and provide a reference for the actual construction projects,to promote the construction of elderly care facilities that meet the needs of aging and improve the current quality of the elderly,providing convenience and comfort for the elderly.Rich living environment.
