The world's energy structure is in the transition period from traditional energy to renewable energy.Countries around the world are increasing the design and utilization of renewable energy.China's colleges and universities are large in scale,large in quantity,and high in energy consumption.It is urgent to use new energy sources to solve energy use problems.Solar energy is the most widely used renewable energy source.This paper takes the college student apartment in Jinan as the research object,and uses the solar energy utilization potential on the outer surface of the apartment building as the evaluation index to optimize the design parameters of the form and layout of the student apartment.The full text mainly includes the research and analysis of the current situation of college student apartments in Jinan,the optimization of student apartment design parameters,the matching of student apartment energy load and solar energy utilization potential,and the optimization of student apartment group layout.Through the field investigation and statistics,the value range and energy consumption of the student apartment buildings in Jinan City were determined.The simulation software Ecotect Analysis 2011 was used to simulate the solar radiation of the student apartments under different parameters,and the corresponding relationship was obtained and optimized.Suggest.At the same time,according to the surveyed energy load parameters of the apartment,the solar radiation value of the outer surface of the student apartment is planned accordingly.Finally,based on the results,the overall radiation simulation of the student apartment's group layout is given and optimization suggestions are given.The first part investigates and analyzes the single design parameters,layout design parameters and energy consumption status of 77 student apartment buildings in eight universities in Jinan through field research,network collection and questionnaire survey.Summarize the types of student apartments in Jinan and the range of design parameters,the control volume ratio of various layouts and the energy consumption parameters of student apartments.The second part mainly uses the software Ecotect Analysis 2011 to simulate the solar radiation of the student apartment units with different value parameters,and uses the control variable method to influence the influence of each design parameter on the solar energy utilization potential of the corresponding student apartment exterior surface.Analyze and prove,finally get the influence of the different width and depth of the student apartment on its solar energy utilization potential and give optimization suggestions.The third part uses the software PVsyst to simulate the annual solar energy generation of student apartments under different design parameters,and uses the solar collector formula to calculate the annual solar heat collection on the apartment surface.According to the income,according to the energy consumption parameters of Jinan City student apartment as a reference factor,the solar radiation on the outer surface of the apartment is rationally planned and distributed.The fourth part is based on the premise of the type of Jinan student apartment layout and its corresponding floor area ratio,and simulates the solar energy utilization potential of the building groups under different layout modes,and gives the evaluation of apartment layout optimization as the evaluation standard.
