Design Of International Student Apartment

In 2018,there were 492,000 Chinese students studying in China,the largest destination in Asia,and more than 1,000 Chinese universities accepted foreign students.As a student apartment for international students in China,the design should be more targeted to meet the daily life and study of international students.The design and research results of overseas college students’ apartment are relatively rich,the construction standard of student apartment is relatively high,and the supporting facilities are relatively perfect.However,in China,there are still some deficiencies in the design of international students’ apartments.In the past,most of the research is about the design of the management mode of the international students’apartment and the design of the living unit of the international students’ apartment.Moreover,the regulations governing foreign students in China are different from those governing domestic students in ordinary institutions of higher learning.Therefore,based on the growing group of international students in China and the new period of continuous improvement of the living security system for overseas students in China,it is of great practical significance to study the design of international students’ apartment in colleges and universities.Taking the international student apartment design of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,this paper expounds in detail the whole process of the international student apartment of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from the planning to the design of single building scheme.It is carried out from three aspects:the collection and analysis of preliminary data,the planning and design,and the design of single building scheme:through the analysis of national policies,the development prospect of the industry,and the professional characteristics,the basic data needed for the design is improved Research the basic data to reflect the development trend into the design;combine the characteristics of traditional Chinese culture,traditional Chinese medicine industry and international education background of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine to create a business card for the school and speed up the internationalization process of the school;study the existing types of student dormitory buildings at home and abroad,and introduce the residential unit type into the apartment design of international students of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine Apartment type:according to the previous research results,the apartment type of overseas students is designed to make the bedroom space division more reasonable,and the function transformation in the apartment is proposed to improve the utilization rate of the living room space and increase the possibility of communication and learning practice in the apartment;the existing academy system at home and abroad is studied to formulate the accommodation academy system suitable for Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine,which makes use of accommodation The college system has the advantages of integrating the second classroom,tutorial system and general education into the daily life of international students.Through the above design points,the design of the apartment for international students of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine is completed,and the design method of the apartment for international students of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine is summarized according to the problems and solutions encountered in the design process.Domestic total of 24 classes of Chinese medicine university,and tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine education background together,the above design strategies provide design reference for other traditional Chinese medicine university student apartment design,receiving foreign students for the rest and the planning and construction of student apartment in colleges and universities to provide design ideas and reference,for coming to China to study in China,the internationalization of overseas development of Chinese medicine,colleges and universities,colleges and universities infrastructure out of a force,is the pursuit of the goal of this article.
